"We oppose the proposed cuts in the number of fast and semi-fast trains between London and Maidenhead and Twyford and call on the Department of Transport, Network Rail and First Great Western to recognise the importance good transport links play for Maidenhead and Twyford, abandon these cuts in services and reinstate fast and semi-fast services in the December 2006 timetable to ensure that our area continues to enjoy good train services to the benefit of local people and local businesses."
